Join Welling as a Corporate Sales Manager (remote, part-time)

We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to develop and manage relationships with corporations, insurance companies, and other health & fitness-related businesses, to help them integrate Welling into their programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and build relationships with potential corporate clients, insurance providers, and health & fitness organizations.

• Develop sales strategies to introduce Welling’s solutions into their employee or customer wellness programs.

• Manage and nurture ongoing partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success.

• Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to align on messaging, proposals, and integration plans for corporate clients.

About You:

• Experience: You bring 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in the health, fitness, or wellness industries.

• Relationship-Driven: You have a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Passion for Wellness: You share our mission and are passionate about empowering others to lead healthier lives.

• Remote-Ready: You’re self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a remote environment with global team members.
